Can I change the language on your website?

Visit the Looks page to discover the latest creations, put together by Reza himself. Select the look(s) you love, and you’re instantly able to order the items to recreate the look for yourself.
What are the Looks?
Buying clothes is easy. Creating the perfect look, not so much. We know, and we understand. That is why Reza creates new looks every three weeks for your inspiration and which you can buy directly online. It’s style, made easy.
Can I track my order?
Yes, for your convenience all REZA Est. 1988 parcels have a track & trace code added. After your package arrives at the courier, you will receive an e-mail containing this code. The track & trace code will also be visible in your account.
Do you ship to my country?

Do you ship to post office boxes?
REZA Est. 1988 ships to all home and office addresses. We do not ship to post office boxes, forwarding addresses or courier collection points.
When will my order arrive and how much will it cost?

Returns & exchanges
Can I return/ exchange my online purchases in one of your stores?
Yes, it is possible to return or exchange items in our brand store. Our store staff will be happy to help you. You can check our store location here.
Can I exchange an item?
To exchange your bought items, you can send back the items you want exchanged. For these items, you will receive a refund. To complete the exchange, please place a new order on our webshop. We cannot deduct orders with each other.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received your returns undamaged, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded within 14 business days, using the payment method with which the items were bought. Please note that it might take a few days before the refund becomes visible on your bank account. This may vary per country/ bank.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, if you are not 100% happy with your garments, then you are welcome to return or exchange the garments within 14 days after the delivery date. Please go here for the full return/ exchange instructions.
Can I use my store bought gift card online?
Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to use your store bought gift card at our webshop at the moment. Should this change, you’ll be the first one to hear about it.
My payment has failed. How could this happen?
Honestly, there are many reasons for payment errors. Luckily, most issues can be resolved quickly. First, please check if all personal and payment information has been entered correctly. Or try using a different payment method. Tried and done everything and it still doesn’t work? Then we suggest contacting your bank to check for sufficient funds or possible security flagging. If you suspect the error occurs on our side, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or call us directly at +31 (0) 73 690 98 67. It means we have to step up our game.

Can I match difference sizes suit jackets and trousers?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order a suit comprised of a different size jacket and trousers.
What does it cost to get my items tailored?
With so many tailoring options available, please check our REZA Est. 1988 brand store for tailoring prices.
Do you offer tailoring to online purchases?
It is not possible to tailor your online purchases before they are shipped. However, it is possible to bring your online purchase to our REZA Est. 1988 brand store within 14 days after receipt of your order, to get them tailored to your body. Don’t forget to bring your receipt!
What about your product warranty?
REZA Est. 1988 stands for delivering high quality garments. Despite our extensive quality check, it does occasionally happen that an item you receive is not completely up to our standard. When this happens, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, but no later than after three business days at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can come up with a solution and keep you feeling satisfied.
