Yes, for your convenience all REZA parcels have a track & trace code added. After your package arrives at the courier, you will receive an e-mail containing this code. The track & trace code will also be visible in your account.
To exchange your bought items, you can send back the items you want exchanged. For these items, you will receive a refund. To complete the exchange, please place a new order on our webshop. We cannot deduct orders with each other.
After we have received your returns undamaged, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded within 14 business days, using the payment method with which the items were bought. Please note that it might take a few days before the refund becomes visible on your bank account. This may vary per country/ bank.
Yes, if you are not 100% happy with your garments, then you are welcome to return or exchange the garments within 14 days after the delivery date.

Honestly, there are many reasons for payment errors. Luckily, most issues can be resolved quickly. First, please check if all personal and payment information has been entered correctly. Or try using a different payment method. Tried and done everything and it still doesn’t work? Then we suggest contacting your bank to check for sufficient funds or possible security flagging. If you suspect the error occurs on our side, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or call us directly at +31 (0) 73 690 98 67. It means we have to step up our game.
It is not possible to tailor your online purchases before they are shipped. However, it is possible to bring your online purchase to our REZA brand store within 14 days after receipt of your order, to get them tailored to your body. Don’t forget to bring your receipt!
REZA stands for delivering high quality garments. Despite our extensive quality check, it does occasionally happen that an item you receive is not completely up to our standard. When this happens, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, but no later than after three business days at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can come up with a solution and keep you feeling satisfied.
